Fantastic villa located in Son Veri, a quiet urbanization just 300 meters walk from the Club Nautic S'Arenal and 5 minutes from the extensive beach of Palma, the tourist point par excellence of the island, here is the ideal combination of beaches, Walks, restaurants, pubs, leisure area and everything to spend an ideal holiday. The property is 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes from Palma.
This large villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, which allows 6 guests to be accommodated in total comfort. In the interior of the chalet we find a large and bright living room with fireplace and comfortable armchairs accompanied by a delicate decoration where you can watch TV or just spend time in the company of a good book. In the dining room you can taste delicious dishes with Mediterranean flavor prepared in the large fully equipped kitchen that you have at your disposal. The property also has internet connection and all the amenities for your enjoyment.
Outside there is a swimming pool with sun loungers to enjoy the sun and also outdoor furniture always ready to enjoy delicious meats made on the barbecue accompanied with a good glass of wine, every summer afternoon will be a pleasure surrounded by family and friends.

Public transport: There is a bus stop (23 and 520) less than 200 meters from the house. From there Palma city centre is just a 20 minute journey with 520 line. 700 meters away in Yacht Club you will find the following lines: 454, 500, 501, 502, 515 and A51.
The first 50 € of consumption (approximately 145kWh) are included in the total price. Any consumption above this amount will be paid by the customer, at a price of 0,35€/kWh. During the low season – when heating systems might be necessary- a total 50€ of consumption will be included for each booking, independently of the system being electric or non-electric. Non-electric heating systems can use gas, gas oil or propane as the source of combustion depending on the installation type in the property.
The Sustainable Tourism Tax has a value of 2.20€ per person per night of stay (10% VAT included). Children under 16 do not pay this tax.

Groups of young people under 25 years old are not allowed.

We had an amazing stay. Location is so quiet, yet a few minutes walk to the huge sandy strip of Playa de Palma. Beautiful peaceful beach just 3 mins walk away. Not sure I can fault the villa? The place was super clean and had everything we could wantsee more

The place was super clean and had everything we could want, including utensils, pans, salt pepper etc. Bedrooms are behind a couple of doors so one can enjoy cooking and talking in the lounge while kids sleep :) really enjoyed our stay. Mallorca Home Villas (HMV) who manage the villa were amazing. All information was sent quickly and any questions were answered almost immediately. I do hope we get chance to rent from HMV again,to stay in this villa again! Thanks

Amazing and modern house about 5-10min from the beach in Arenal. Exceptionally clean. There was not a single thing our group had to criticize and we would definitely come again. The host was helpful and in touch when needed.

Beautiful villa and perfectly located in a quiet neighbourhood, it's a 15 minute walk to the main boulevard. It was very clean, luxurious and the communication with the owner was quick and friendly.
