Description
Huge villa with private swimming pool located in the small town of Son Sardina, very close to Palma and very well connected with all the routes of the island.
This fantastic property stands out for its gigantic private pool, next to a large barbecue area where you can relax and rest during your vacation. Upon entering the villa is accessed by its large and spacious living room, it features 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Also, it also features 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, terrace and garden.
As its main feature, it has air conditioning (hot/cold) in all the rooms of the property. It has fantastic connections by road or highway to be able to move to any point of the island, having many beaches just less than 10km of distance away. The village, Son Sardina, is only 100 meters away and there you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc.

The first 50€ of consumption (approximately 145 kWh) are included in the total price. Any consumption above this amount will be paid by the customer, the price of 0,35€/kWh. During the low season – when heating systems might be necessary- a total 50€ of consumption will be included for each booking, independently of the system being electric or non-electric. Non-electric heating systems can use gas, gas oil or propane as the source of combustion depending on the installation type in the property.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

- Refund of the security deposit by bank transfer is made between 5 and 15 days after your departure
- Arrival out of office opening hours: keys will be left in a safety box. The total amount must be paid in advance.

- Energy costs. The electricity consumption is charged separately at €0.35/kW. On the departure day, the amount will be subtracted from the deposit paid at the destination.

Lovely stay in an outstanding villa with gorgeous gardens and pool.

This villa was immaculate and so beautiful and spacious both inside and out. We loved the gorgeous gardens and beautiful pool and enjoyed playing ping pong in this idyllic setting each evening.

The double bed in the master bedroom upstairs was quite hard and small and uncomfortable. The location was not ideal and the town just a short walk away had nothing worthwhile in it, no cute cafe'srestaurants. It was also quite difficult to find.

We loved this place. It was like having our own Finca with large grounds and great pool. Quiet, peaceful but only 5 min walk to village which has supermarket, bakery , bars etc. Very easy to get to Palma by bustrain and we loved the village too - no see more
