Fantastic villa in El Arenal, located in a quiet and residential area but only 5 minutes from the tourist point par excellence of the island, with the ideal combination of beaches, walks, restaurants, pubs, leisure area and everything to spend an ideal holiday.
Outside the house stands out a formidable swimming pool which in its garden area has hammocks to enjoy the sun. Next to the barbecue a furnished area is always ready to enjoy delicious meats and a glass of wine, every summer afternoon will be a pleasure surrounded by family and friends.
In the interior we find a large and bright room, with comfortable armchairs where to watch television or simply in the company of a good book. In the dining room you can enjoy delicious dishes with Mediterranean flavor prepared in the large fully equipped kitchen that you have at your disposal.
The 6 spacious rooms and the 4 full bathrooms allow the stay of 12 guests with total comfort.
This villa features a large bank tool for maintenance and to fix competition bicycles. The use of these mechanical tools is available to all cyclists hosted in the villa.

Public transport: There is a bus stop (15, 21 -Airport-, 23, 25, 31, 210 and 454) less than 500 meters from the house. From there with line 25 Palma city center is just a 15 minute journey.

The first 50€ of consumption (approximately 145 kWh) are included in the total price. Any consumption above this amount will be paid by the customer, the price of 0,35€/Kwh. During the low season – when heating systems might be necessary- a total 50€ of consumption will be included for each booking, independently of the system being electric or non-electric. Non-electric heating systems can use gas, gas oil or propane as the source of combustion depending on the installation type in the property.
Tax for Sustainable Tourism will be paid at 2.20€ per person and per night. Children under 16 years old do not pay this tax.

The villa itself is amazing. Perfect rooms, nice kitchen, great living room and a beatiful garden with pool. The only unfortunate thing was the neighbours. We knew in advance that they would be very strict on any sound we would make, but we never imasee more

We knew in advance that they would be very strict on any sound we would make, but we never imagined we couldnt even make loud noises during the day when we were laying at the swimming pool. But nevertheless it didn't impair our stay that much, so I would defintely recommend this villa.

An amazing villa in a great location. Walking distance to the beach front and a plenty of really great places to eat. Shops nearby to stock up on food and drink too. We took 6 adults, 3 kids between 4 and 9 and two babies and everything was perfect fsee more

We took 6 adults, 3 kids between 4 and 9 and two babies and everything was perfect for all ages really. It’s in a peaceful location but the kids had plenty of fun and only a taxi ride to some great attractions too. The team were always there to support us via Hidden by Airbnb throughout the weak, even dropping off some extra beds and high chairs despite it being a bank holiday. Overall cannot thank the hosts enough. Would highly recommend

The hosting organization Mallorca Home Villas was very reliable, available, supportive and friendly. The communication was easy and all questions were answered within a few hours and sometimes even minutes. They even offered a shuttle service from the airport. Both an earlier entry and later departure than agreed upon were granted to us as well for free! The apartment itself also exceeded our expectations: it was very clean, even larger than expected and very well equipped. The private garden, pool and terrace allowed for a private refuge from the usual business in El Arenal. The rooms were large enough and some even have a private balcony. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary and some nice extras like a blender and a sandwich toaster. One small super market is literalle just across the street and a large one within a 10 minute walking distance. The popular hotspots of the Ballermann are only 5-10 minutes on foot as well. If we visit Mallorca again we will probably be staying in this apartment again. From our experience we absolutely recommend it!

The property is located near the beach, bars, supermarkets but still you have your own privacy. We were staying here with a group of 8 and ages varying from 2 to 70 years. We all had a great time at this property. The pool is nice and clean with checks during the stay. Airconditioning is in the living room and master bedroom. Fans were available on demand. There is a Washing machine available.

Die Lage war perfekt, ruhig aber trotzdem sehr nahe am Zentrum. Es war alles sauber und wenn mal was nicht funktionierte waren die Helfer sofort vor Ort und haben es geregelt. Wir hatten viel Freude am Pool und genossen den Aufenthalt sehr! Ein kleinsee more

Ausserdem könnte die Küche etwas besser ausgerüstet sein (keine guten Messer, nur ein Schneidebrett, etc) Wir empfehlen diese Villa sehr gerne weiter, für uns (12 Personen) war sie perfekt!

De locatie was top. supermarkt letterlijk naast de villa. En op onze vertrek dag werd er ook nog een pinautomaat bij de supermarkt gezet. Ook nog een grote supermarkt op 5 min loop afstand. Voor de strip hoefde je alleen maar t heuveltje naar benedensee more

Voor de strip hoefde je alleen maar t heuveltje naar beneden af te lopen en je was er. Bij binnen komst was er nog een groot team met schoonmakers aan het werk en dat kon je zien & ruiken! Super! Er zijn 2 airco’s in de villa, woonkamer en masterbedroom. Hier zagen wij tegen op ivm de warmte die week. Bij aankomst zagen we op elke kamer een waaier en zo was dit ook geen probleem meer.

Das Haus ist schön, gepflegt und mit einem tollen Pool. Die Lage ist super! Leider sind die Betten überhaupt nicht gut, weshalb ich einen Stern abziehen muss.

Wir haben die Finca mit 10 Freunden besucht und hatten eine super Zeit. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, in der Küche muss man sich lediglich Alternativen für Dinge wie Müslischalen oder Weingläser suchen, was aber ja gut machbar ist. Die Lage, Asee more
Wir haben die Finca mit 10 Freunden besucht und hatten eine super Zeit. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, in der Küche muss man sich lediglich Alternativen für Dinge wie Müslischalen oder Weingläser suchen, was aber ja gut machbar ist. Die Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit und der Service waren sehr gut, nur die Betten waren leider etwas unbequem. Die Nachtruhe sollte eingehalten werden, da man sonst eventuell Probleme mit den direkten Nachbarn bekommen könnte.

Ich war diesen Sommer zu 9. mit Freunden für eine Woche in dieser Villa. Für uns wars ideal, wir hatten viel Platz und die Einrichtung war sehr schön, ich würde allerdings mehr Klimaanlagen bevorzugen bzw. dass jeder in seinem Zimmer eine nutzen kannsee more
Ich war diesen Sommer zu 9. mit Freunden für eine Woche in dieser Villa. Für uns wars ideal, wir hatten viel Platz und die Einrichtung war sehr schön, ich würde allerdings mehr Klimaanlagen bevorzugen bzw. dass jeder in seinem Zimmer eine nutzen kann. Man konnte von hier aus alles super zu Fuß erreichen, den Strand bzw. Ballermann und alles was dazu gehört, sämtliche Lokale/Restaurants sowie Supermärkte. Für unseren "Partyurlaub" wars einfach perfekt :) Ebenfalls war mir die Vermieterin eine große Unterstützung, ich habe alle nötigen Informationen bekommen und konnte ihr jederzeit schreiben wenn ich Fragen hatte!

El alojamiento ha sido estupendo, la verdad es que las expectativas que teníamos viendo las fotos y descripción eran muy altas y las han cumplido incluso mas. La casa super limpia y bien cuidada. Toallas, sabanas, cubertería, mobiliario, todo impecabsee more

Toallas, sabanas, cubertería, mobiliario, todo impecable. La piscina impresionante y con la bbq al lado todo un lujo! Ubicación ideal, barrio tranquilo, justo enfrente una tienda, a 4 minutos andando de la playa y cerca también para salir por la noche andando a tomar copas o salir. Para repetir!

Wir waren über Sylvester dort,haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Haus liegt perfekt ca 500 m zum Strand und Bierkönig.

Belle maison idéale pour un groupe d'amis bien située et bien aménagée
il manque mal d'équipements dans la cuisine , la cafetière ne fait du café que pour 3 et nous étions 10!
mais bon souvenirs

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt - es ist riesig. Die Lage ist super, ca 5 Min zu Fuß vom Strand/Megapark entfernt. Direkt gegenüber gibt es einen Sparmarkt, um kleinere Einkäufe zu tätigen. Fußläufig ist auch ein Mercadona Supermarkt errsee more

Die Vorort-Betreuung ist professionell und jederzeit (sogar über whatsapp erreichbar. Der Pool, die zur Sonne ausgerichtete Terrasse und der Grillbereich sind super. Einzig die Tischtennisplatte ist dermaßen vom Wetter gezeichnet, dass man sie nicht benutzen kann - störte uns aber nicht. |
